Q8 : It is the frist time i use the laser machine, I don't know how to use the laser machine

It is very easy to operation, we have the manual and the operate video.
We have professional engineer online helping or your engineer come to our factory for training (Free) .Our engineer also can go to your country for training but you need payment the cost.

Q9 : What's the guarantee time? If some problems happen to this machine during warranty period, what should I do?
